What We Do

A Gift to Yourself

Chronic stress and burnout are common key health issues for office workers, especially for those who spend most of their working life indoors. Workers’ day-to-day environments severely impact mental health outcomes and create depression and stress.

The World Health Organization defines “mental health” as not only the absence of mental illness, but also the presence of psychological well-being. It’s clear that getting away from the concrete and spending the weekend in a natural environment amongst nature and animals is a sure fire way to recharge your health batteries.

Go along With Nature

Back To Out Roots

Since our ancestors evolved in wild settings and relied on the natural environment for survival, we have an innate drive to connect with nature. Spending time in nature triggers a physiological response that lowers stress levels and replenishes one’s health.

Unlock Your Prison Door

Eckhart Tolle once said "We depend on nature not only for our physical survival. We also need nature to show us the way home, the way out of the prison of our own minds. We got lost in doing, thinking, remembering, anticipating - lost in a maze of complexity and a world of problems. We have forgotten how to be - to be still, to be ourselves, to be where life is: Here and Now.

Keep The Doctor Away

Studies show that people who spent two hours a week in green spaces — local parks or other natural environments, were substantially more likely to report good health and psychological well-being than those who don’t. Imagine the benefits of spending all weekend immersed in nature.

Farming is Just Healthier

It's a fact that farmers and agricultural workers are believed to be healthier and have lower morbidity and mortality rates than non-farming rural and urban populations. They attribute this to a healthier lifestyle, physical activity and a life spent in less stressful conditions immersed in the natural environment, compared to non-farming populations
