What We Do
Toddler's Paradise
When children have opportunities to touch and play with animals, a whole new world of excitement and wonder can open up. And the animals don't need to be large or exotic: even common creatures such as ducks, lambs, guinea pigs, chickens and all other farmyard animals will bring happiness to children. Seeing wild animals in nature can become a child’s treasured memory.
Here at The Life Farm we strongly believe in the power of early animal experiences for children. Growing evidence also suggests that early exposure to animals increases immunity and helps lower the risk of health problems such as allergies and asthma.

Natural Immunity
Researchers found that babies and children who have early contact with cats or dogs are 30% less likely to experience colds, ear infections and coughs than children who are not exposed to animals.
Enhanced Self Esteem
There’s no fear of rejection when it comes to a dog! At a time when kids are finding their way in the world and likely experiencing their first difficult relationships, a dog who’s always happy to see them can provide a much-needed self-esteem boost.
More Physical Activity
Rather than sitting at home and becoming addicted to TV, we believe it is far healthier for your children to be outdoors, running around and playing in the wonderful, ever changing landscape of nature.
Greater Sense Of Empathy
One of the best ways that children learn to become caring adults is through the early interaction with animals. Animals are often at our mercy and through caring for animals children learn to care for others later in life.
